The Thruster

Thrusters can help improve balance, muscular endurance, and coordination. They also help build strength in the upper and lower body, including the glutes, quadriceps, and shoulders. Thrusters can also help strengthen the core.

The Power Snatch

The snatch is a highly technical lift but once mastered, it improves balance and coordination. Additionally, snatches help improve posture and posterior chain strength as well as improve athletic performance and ability. 

The Power Clean

Power cleans boost muscle development and help build functional strength while burning body fat. This weight lifting exercise improves explosiveness and coordination while being a full-body workout.
